If it's possible, (I'm not entirely sure what you can and can't do with this) shoot the Metool (or Metaur or whatever it's called) when it show its eyes.
Already thought of that. ;) I'm fairly sure it is possible and I plan to make it. If possible, I may even make it try to shoot you and you'll have to jump to avoid damage or else you lose.

I made some sprites of Mega Man and Proto Man (edit of the Mega Man of course). They're sort of in the 8-Bit style but not quite 8-Bit, but I'm satisfied with them. There's a standing, shooting, and jumping sprite for each. :mega:

One of my favorite parts of the game is the music creator. That's just a lot of fun.

Well, I finally finished another game. As I was planning to do, and as Dragon suggested, it's a micro game where you have to take out a Metall without taking damage. It's random whether you're Mega Man or Proto Man. You have NES controller style touch screen controls at the bottom of the screen. The D-Pad, Start, and Select don't work, but tapping in the vicinity of (B) makes Mega Man/Proto Man fire a single Buster Shot while (A) makes them jump continuously. Given how the sprites turned out, I had to make the Metall a little higher (it's on a step) than Mega Man/Proto Man so the shot doesn't pass directly over it's head, but that just gave me another fun challenge which I overcame. Just like in the Mega Man games, this Metall (a Metall DX I believe to be precise) will keeps it's helmet covering it's head for a moment, then raise it up, and fire three shots at different angles before running forward, falling to the bottom of the step, and then continuing to run toward Mega Man/Proto Man. You can shoot the Met right before it shoots to win the game, but you only have a quarter of a second to do so. If it fires first, not only will you have to shoot at before it runs into you, but you'll have to jump to avoid one of it's shots. The only things I wish I could improve about the game which hopefully I'll be able to do in future game is have the jump button make you only jump once rather than make you jump continuously (I'm sure it's possible judging by other games I've seen), the fire button allow you to fire up to three shots (I think I know how to do this but I think I ran out of AI), the background is cheap, and I'd like to have actual Mega Man music rather than the frenzied, 8-bit tune the Maestro came up with for me (still not bad, though).

I uploaded it into my warehouse and left it unlocked so anyone on my friend list (which is just but Bermuda right now and our registration ain't complete yet) can download it and import it into their MakerMatic to edit and use parts of it. Challenges for future Mega Man games will be more Mega Man/Proto Man actions like running from side to side, shooting while running, shooting while jumping, sliding, the charged shot, and Proto Man's shield. I have a pretty good idea of how to do all of these, but naturally they can't all be in the same game as these are only micro games and a character is limited to four animations.

With all that said, any ideas for Robot Masters?

Yeah we need to get online sometime so we can complete that registration. I'm getting a message saying I can't check your crate until you connect via Wi-fi Connection.

I'll get online now. I'm working on the next Mega Man Micro game.

Looks like we're registered now. I downloaded the game you've got on there.

Well I have you registered now as well, but I keep getting error code 41155. I checked on Nintendo's support site and they don't seem to have any idea what that code means. I'll keep trying. And sorry if my game is terrible. I'm not even sure if I finished it.

I got that for a while too. Just keep trying and you'll get it eventually. Your games not bad. Heck, some of Wario's games are just as simple. When you get to my games feel free to import them and look at the AI and whatnot. You're free to use my sprites as well. I can even help you with any more graphics you might need. Just let me know.

I finally got connected and played your Mega Man game and it is really awesome. My first couple times I died trying to beat it, but you have to time that shot just right and then jump to avoid getting hit right after. The Yoshi one was also quite good. These gave me some ideas on how to spruce up my games and make them look a bit fancier.

I also added another game to my crate. This one I am much more proud of. You have to catch a Charizard. Creating the sprites for the pokemon took a while and the music as well. I tried making some Pokemon battle music but failed, so I ended up creating my own tune that I thought fit just as well. I'm happier with creating my own piece, even though I guess it is heavily inspired by pokemon battle music. After seeing your Yoshi game having confetti come down when you win, I think I'll add some more things like that to my "Catch that Charizard!" game.

Thanks, and yeah, it is a Mega Man micro game so ya know it's got to be kind of hard. Your Pokemon game is really cool! The sprites look perfect! That must have took a long time. The animations are really good. I love that music, too. It does sound a good bit like a Pokemon battle theme.

Okay, so here's what I've got planned for more Mega Man Micro Games. I'm gonna make another comic that'll be a mid-point cut-scene where Proto Man leaves and Bass joins in. So the games will be halved between Proto Man and Bass with Mega Man appearing in all of them, naturally. One will be Mega Man and Rush or Bass and Treble using the Rush/Treble Jet, flying through the skies dodging and shooting enemies. Two micro games will be Robot Master battles with four different possibilities in each game, halving the Robot Master battles into two games. The objective will be to choose the right weapon to defeat the Robot Master while dodging it's attacks.

So I've got to think of some Robot Masters! Anybody got some ideas? I wanna go for original here. There's been a lot of fire, water, and ice Robot Masters, so I'd like to come up with some really interesting ones, even really crazy ones. I had one crazy idea of a hippie Robot Master called Peace Man, though he'd have to "attack" you in some non-violent way. XD
