I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
(We should try to liven this board up a bit!)

Balanced Brawl looks interesting. Basically makes changes to characters to make everyone more balanced. It also makes some small changes to the stages. (Mostly changing their speed)

I'm particularly interested in the powered up Mario...one of my least favorite things about Brawl was how much they nerfed Mario. (And a few other characters as well)

I need an SD card reader...does anyone know any cheap ones they'd recommend?

Seems interesting. I've always liked Toon Link just the way he is though. Plus I'm not too comfortable with any home brew applications or what have you.

Agreed. Sorry, no homebrew for me. It is interesting though.

The mod only requires an SD card, you don't need the homebrew channel or do anything to your Wii.

If that's what you were concerned about.

Oh, well I have several SD cards so I could try that. And btw Dragon I got a cheap USB SD card reader at Wallyworld a long time ago ($10 I think. It works fine)

I took care of it a few days ago, but thanks.

I've actually kind of lost interest in this, but I do want to try some texture hacks. Mostly stage texture hacks.

Texture hacks are really sweet, and once you get the hang of it really simple.

I never used stage hacks though.
