I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
Apparently OoT and SF64 are just tech demos at the moment and may or may not be released as retail games. Info

I was sad to hear that. ALthough oddly enough Nintendo of America's Twitter was "Proud to present OoT in 3D"(Not quoted verbatim), naturally they did present it in 3D. . .but it made it sound more like an announcement. . .oh well, I really hope that they do end up releasing them, especially SF64 ;___;. A lot of people were pumped for them, perhaps that's now a good reason.

Also PokePark Wii is hitting America, it actually looks like a solid Pokemon spin off!

Nintendo did that before with Yoshi's Story on the GBA. They ported it as a tech demo but it was never released.

Daaaaaang! O______O I wish I didn't have to work this morning and miss seeing all this live. I'm just trying to gather it all in now, but seriously, what the crap?!! Zelda: Skyward Sword looks amazing and exactly the kind of game I've been wanting ever since I first heard of a Wii remote (I'm a bit of a sword fanatic). I really have no idea what to think of Kirby Epic Yarn, but any new Kirby sounds good to me. It's awesome to see a new Donkey Kong Country. PokePark Wii definitely looks interesting as does Mario Sports Mix. And then ... then there's the 3DS. Duuuuuude.

I seriously hope they go through with the awesome looking Zelda: Ocarina of Time and StarFox 64 remakes. I'm still trying to pick my jaw back up after that one. I've been seriously back into Paper Mario lately, watching the awesome story of Super Paper Mario and playing through the original Paper Mario for the second time, and then they go and announce another Paper Mario for Nintendo 3DS. Talk about a happy coincidence! XD Mario Kart 3DS looks great and I see myself easily being suckered into another Animal Crossing. Ah, and Nintendogs + Cats, all I can say, it's about durn time! I'll definitely be making every effort to grab a 3DS as soon as possible.

So did I miss anything (Nintendo related)?

Hmm I do believe you covered it all.

Except maybe Pilotwings :3, unless you're just not excited for it.

There are several 3DS/DS titles that you didn't mention (Kid Icarus!), but I guess you probably saw them. If not then look through all the games on Nintendo's nice E3 site

I just now saw the complete Skyward Sword segment of Nintendo's show and saw how Miyamoto had some difficulties with the game's Wii controls (lol). If you haven't mastered the activities in Wii Sports Resort then you'd better practice up on it before Skyward Sword comes out or you might have some trouble. Actually I've had the same problem with archery in WSR that he was having and I couldn't figure out what the problem was either. Anyways, they've pretty much just put all of WSR's WM+ activities in Zelda: Swordplay, the bow, bowling with bombs, flying with the new beetle, and from the trailer probably sky diving too (lol); they all control just like in WSR, which is ok with me, but naturally there's going to be some people who aren't going to like that.
