There was one or two challenge maps I really liked in Arkham Asylum, the rest were just okay. Well, never thought I'd be able to do this in 2011, but I beat Sonic Generations. I have to play it at a pretty low resolution (800 x 600 usually) and it can occasionally get a little choppy, but I can still have anti-aliasing so the game still looks beautiful. I did have on problem with it freezing over and over once, but that seems to have worked itself out for the time being. Also, there's the annoying glitch with modern Sonic side-stepping/kart-wheeling to the left sometimes when he shouldn't which can mess you up and cause you to lose a life, but holding both shoulder buttons for a bit seems to fix it, at least for a while. Hopefully I can invest in some PC upgrades with my tax refund next year and play the game the way it's truly meant to be played, but in the meantime it's still playable and fun.
Cool, congrats man. Yeah like most Sonic games, Generations doesn't take long to beat, but as I've kept playing I'm pleased with all there is to do after beating it; I've almost completed it now, just have 7 acts left that I still need to find all the Red Star Rings on.

I just beat Find Mii II for the first time: it was fun and the different paths you can choose plus the accomplishments provide even more reasons to start the quest again. Will this be my last game beaten in 2011? The night is still young! :)

I'm hoping to have one more game beaten before midnight myself!

Also, congrats on completing Find Mii II! I'm almost done with it as well (well first time through). Hopefully by the end of January I'll be done XD. Depends on how many people I pass.

I just finished Arkham City in New Game Plus. Which is pretty much "Batman Mode" Stronger, faster enemies, bullets are much more powerful, and no counter icons. Overall according to the games stats I have finished 86% of the game. Most of what I have left is the challenge maps. I will probably never get it to 100% because I would need to buy the Robin, and Nightwing packs which I couldn't care less for.

I heard the Nightwing DLC was a rip off anyhow.

I think I'm going to hold off until a GOTY Edition to get the game. I do really dig the alternate costume DLC! That'd be worthwhile for me.

Anyhow, now that its officially 2012 I decided to count up all the games I beat this year and this is what I came up with!

Total: 46
18 PS3
5 Wii
6 DS
4 PC
13 3DS

MOTOR GAMES ON CARDCYCLES
I must say that my amount of beaten games became progressively less numerous as the year continued. Here's my approximate count in the order that my Backloggery lists them:

-Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days (DS)
-Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (DS)
-Kirby's Epic Yarn (Wii)
-Metroid: Other M (Wii)
-Pokemon Black (DS)
-Epic Mickey (Wii)
-Sonic Colors (Wii)
-Final Fantasy X (PS2)
-Final Fantasy X-2 (PS2)
-Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs (DS) (though I think I beat it before X-2 anyway, it just took me forever to log it)
-Batman: Arkham City (PS3)
-Sonic Generations (PS3)
-Final Fantasy XIII (PS3)
-Portal (Steam-Mac)
-WarioWare Inc.: Mega Microgame$ (3DSVC)
-Scribblenauts Remix (iPhone)
-The World Ends With You (DS)

Final Count:
Wii: 4
PS2: 2
PS3: 3
DS: 5
3DS: 1
Steam: 1
iPhone: 1
Total: 17

I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
Let's see...

Max Payne
Super Mario RPG
Monkey Island 2
Dead Space
Kirby's Adventure
Bioshock
GTA: San Andreas
Zelda: OoT
Zelda: MM
Magicka
Painkiller
Shadowgrounds
Tales of Monkey Island
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Metal Gear Solid 3
Doom
Doom II
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter
Persona 3
Psychonauts
Max Payne 2
Dark Sector

Seems like this would be a good list, though I also seemed to get a new game or two right after beating one.

OK, so my count is...

Wii - 8
VC - 1
DS - 12
3DS - 12
3DS VC - 7
PS3 - 5
360 - 12

Total - 58

I guess that's not bad. The DS and 3DS seem to be my systems of choice last year. Had a lot of good games from Aliens: Infestation to Mairo 3D Land. I played a lot of 360 this year as well, but that was mostly to catch up on games I missed the previous year like Red Dead Redemption, Alan Wake, and Tales of Vesperia. This has been a pretty good year for me as far as gaming goes. Played a lot of good ones.

As far as gaming goes, my 2011 got off to a very slow start, but picked up after the 3DS came out and when I got my iPhone. It looks like I accomplished a lot more in the handheld field as well, Bermuda, and I expect that trend to continue as I've been having more time to play handheld games than consoles thanks to my nice daily bus ride.
My pretty long drag of little to no gaming has left me with some of 2010's biggest games still to be played/beaten, so I've plenty of fun to have with plenty of great games to beat in this new year of 2012 :).
