I'm a bit in my cups at the moment.
I imagine that's the point. Like I said in the DS thread, going by the title it probably is supposed to be a throwback to those old Mickey platformers.

Beautiful. . .

also Scrooge McDuck! Woo!
This will be the 3DS version? I'm all for a 2D side-scrolling platformer. I may end up getting both the 3DS and console version. I would have to see the game in motion, but this kind of reminds me of the early Disney games on NES, SNES, and Genesis.
Heck yeah, I'm all for this, especially Scrooge! I've still yet to play the first game but I really want to pick it up soon. Those enemies look familiar ... if they're from the NES Ducktales game and that stage is a tribute to that game this may very well be the best thing Disney's let happen in a long time. Show me some good platforming gameplay reminiscent of Capcom's Disney games and include Darkwing Duck and this is a launch day purchase for me.

Warren Spector claims to be a huge Ducktales fan, and while he's not working on this title, it wouldn't shock me if the NES title wasn't part of the inspiration.
