So is this where you want to talk about general news that happens at E3? Lots of news have already been coming out. A couple of things that sort of interest me. LEGO Lord of the Rings. I thought I was done with the LEGO games. Just played Harry Potter Years 5-7 and didn't really get much enjoyment out of it like I did with Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Then I saw the trailer for this game, which looks awesome, as well as a trailer for LEGO Batman 2. One thing they added in those games is actual voice acting. No more silent LEGO guys. I think Joker's line of "Where does he get these unbreakable toys?" kinda sold me. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate. I only played the demo of Lords of Shadow and I didn't really care for it. I know some people loved it, others say it wasn't Castlevania. I guess I fall into the latter group. Though the rumor is this game will play more like Dawn of Sorrow and Order of Ecclesia. Those are some awesome Castlevania games. Injustice: Gods Among Us. This could be fun. I liked Mortal Kombat and this looks to have some great over-the-top action as well. I'm sure there are others I'm missing. |

I wanted Lego to get The Lord of the Rings license for sooo long, it's about time! I'm looking forward to both new Lego games, though I'm not sure what system I'll be getting them on. I still have yet to get Indiana Jones 2, Clone Wars (though I played through Gamma's copy of the 3DS version), or Pirates of the Caribbean for myself. I kind of want them on the Wii for co-op, though Steam works too if they release it for that. Anyway, I'm excited for E3 and luckily I should be off to watch it. |

You can watch Nintendo Direct here. I'm likely going to have to miss it though. :( |

According to Nintendo's facebook page, there will be no games shown till the conference at E3, that's pretty cool, seems like they're getting some of the hardware aspects out of the way first and letting E3 be mostly about the games. It seems like all the other companies have let their best tricks out of the bag already, so I'm really excited to see what Nintendo has in store come Tuesday. Though who knows, maybe all the other companies have even better games in store than whats been announced! |

I'll be watching the Nintendo Direct. I should be in bed. Got work later tonight. - Wii U Pro Controller. Looks like a 360 controller. Sounds good to me. - Looks like it'll have some integrated forums in the Wii U or something. Like it's own GameFAQs. - This Miiverse thing looks like a great idea. I'm really looking forward to it. The social aspects of the Wii U look absolutely awesome. Can't wait to see even more. The video they used to show it off was extremely lame, but I guess did its job. |

If you read some of the Mii speech bubbles on the NSMB game part, they mention being a flying squirrel and a baby Yoshi that balloons up to carry you. |

I missed it as I thought I would, which saddens me because I love the point where they introduce new hardware and features. Oh well. Not sure about the pro controller yet, it seems weird to have the buttons down there like that. |
