I'll have to get one on eBay... :p

I really want one as well. Least I have my Pikmin tote bag... :,(
Yeah that's one of the items I splurged on recently. It came really in handy to transport my Wii U to a friend's house though, so success!

I've been playing the NES Remix and it's pretty fun. It was a nice little surprise.

Other good things from the Direct are the Sonic Lost World dlc, Rosalina in Smash and Mario Kart, the Bravely Default demo which is a separate story from the main game, and the Hyrule Warriors looks interesting. I'm really looking forward to Bravely Default. It's been a while since I played a good RPG.

Have you had a chance to try the DLC out yet? It looks great!

And I am also really pumped for Bravely Default, I'm going to indulge myself with the Collector's Edition most likely. I'm glad it's not Gamestop exclusive like the Wind Waker Special Edition who price gouged it. (Sure, only $5, but still! >_>)

I played the Yoshi's island Zone and it's pretty fun. It's all 2D sidescroller so no 3D areas. It's also a very short and simple level. The challenge comes from collecting every flower and Yoshi egg. At the end of the level you got to go through that flower ring and if you land on a flower, you get a lot of lives. I think I got 40 lives by landing on a flower.

A big complaint I have is that the level disappears after you beat it. To get it back, you need to get 100,000 points in another level. This is easy to get since you can just replay level one, but it seems so pointless.

Yeah that sounds pretty unnecessary. It's a shame it's so short, but I guess to be expected since it was free?

I wonder if they'll make any more Yoshi levels as paid DLC before they move on to the Zelda stuff.

Anyone else pick up the Bravely Default demo? I did and I'm really liking it. It's more Final Fantasy than the current Final Fantasy games. You got your classic jobs like white, black, and red mages with all their FF spells, and a big world to walk around in like in the old days. It's awesome. And some of the rewards carry over into the actual game. My main problem is that there are only 30 uses for the demo, like other eshop demos. This demo is pretty much it's own game, so I really think they should have removed that limit.

Edit: Meant to put this in the latest game purchases thread, but whatever. Let's keep it here.

I downloaded it, but have yet to try it out, glad its pretty great.I shall play it soon, can't wait till it comes out next month.

The very first time I saw footage of the game way back when I instantly thought of the 3D FF games like VII, VIII, and IX. ANd I agree entirely with the demo uses. It's pretty silly to have it on here.

I guess this one is about Spring Wii U and 3DS games. Donkey Kong is sure to be a big part. I'd like to see some Mario Kart and Smash release dates, as well as some news on X. As far as 3DS goes, it has been awhile since we heard about Mario Golf. And I wonder if Pokemon Z will ever get announced?

Sakurai hyped up the Direct on twitter last night, which is unusual. Maybe Diddy/Dixie for Smash? Or a release date?

I'm not going to hype myself up too much, because that's never good. Directs come in all shapes and sizes and deliver different types of announcements, but I can't help but remember when the creator of Pokemon took to twitter to hype up a certain Nintendo Direct that'd go on to announce Pokemon X/Y and the brand new art style. . .OKAY I gotta stop getting hyped, especially since they've already confirmed its for Spring Wii U/3DS stuff.
