Hey man! Glad to have you here.

The shoulder's a little iffy today. Sometimes it didn't hurt much at all, and sometimes it hurt quite a bit. Really sucks dude, and I can't do anything but wait. :(

Awesome workout bro! For your first shirt workout that's definitely some good stuff! How close were you to touching? Keep playing around with the groove and how high or low the shirts pulled up. Very important I've heard. Maybe you just need some more weight on the bar. Was 270 even a challenge?

The 270 was about 3 or 4 inches away I would say. Yea I've heard the same about the groove, once I can get that I should have no problems touching...I hope. I plan on adding more weight if I feel like it or need to. The 270 wasn't bad, except I had been fighting it a little to get it to touch lol, so that kinda wore me out.

Not only does it sound like you were pretty close to touching, but you also had a good bit left in the tank! I see 315 coming in my crystal ball :P

I sure hope so man. 6 plates would be awesome. Plan on squatting on thursday, then gonna hit up the bands or boards on friday to work on my lockout. After one of those workouts I will probably start a log here.

It's midnight here so I am off to bed since I gotta work in the morning. Peace.

Squats been doing pretty good. Last week I determined that my stance was way too narrow, it was with my feet right outside shoulder width, so I moved them out a bunch. In my first workout with this stance I did 300x2, and tomorrow I'm thinking 310x2. A smaller ROM is actually pretty nice lol. Haven't been deadlifting much, don't really care about it right now.

Track was good. At the Sub-Section meet I took 3rd in the 100 and 3rd in the 4x100, so I advanced to Sections for both of them. At Sections my 100 sucked, but we got 4th in the 4x100 so we got medals for that. Didn't make it to state in anything though.

Yeah I used to be a narrow stance squatter too. Moving it out really helps! I definitely feel stronger with the wider stance. 4 wheels comin up for you!

Good try at the Sections man. Got any times?

At Sub-Sections I think I was like 11.4 or 11.5. At Sections I sucked, it was like 11.6 or 11.7 or something like that, the winner was 10.9. For the 4x100 I think we hit 45.5 at Sections and still took 4th.

Let's have a little competition, see who gets that 10.9 first. :D

If my shoulder doesn't prevent me...

We just might have to do that man. Let me think about that while I am on vacation. This way I would at least start running again instead of just lifting like I am doing right now

Did you come up with a decision yet?

I've started sprinting again, and I'm still sore 2 days later :D

Ya know what, even though I haven't run in like a month, I still think we should do it. I am pretty sure you will beat me but at least I will have some motivation to actually do some running :D
