In most situations, that response is illegal and unethical.


In most situations, that response wouldn't be used or needed, either ....

But in the proper situation, that response is neither illegal nor unethical ....

And I try to picture when and why it could be unethical ....

And I fail to find that answer ....

There is nothing unethical about the intervention of putting on their *** someone who needed that intervention in order to have the other person's feelings and expectations stated clearly to them in a manner that expresses a "rights-bearing" attitude ....
