Is there a way to make a game have a similar feel to violent games, but without violence I wonder? Or at least use violence in a different way to motivate story and actions or something. I'm really fascinated in thinking about all the different stuff that can still be tried with video-games. There's like this line between violent games and non-violent, which are all happy and sweet. What about something that maybe doesn't literally portray violence but suggests it somehow. Of course this is easier with story, but game-play is the hard thing. What do people think about this stuff? Are people interested in these ideas for games? |
