I have mine with Direct Line and can't fault them. Since Bill passed away my bank doesn't seem to be able to cope with the change and cancelled the direct debit for this and several others. This should have cancelled the insurance but it hasn't, as long as I get it up to date, it will still stand. When I phoned the bank about this, I was told that the person who normally deals with my account wasn't in and the lady I spoke to couldn't understand why my direct debits had been stopped, there is over £500 in that account which shouldn't be there if the direct debits had been paid. I use this account for direct debits only and the money is put into that account by that bank. :x: |
