its the same here.but i put it all down to middle aged spread.(at least thats what i keep telling myself!) :blush: i tend to eat junk food a lot as its easier when youre on the go so i tend to grab some coffee and donuts in a morning when common sense tells me i ought to be eating wholemeal bread with low fat spread.(but it just doesnt taste the same!!!) :no: :rolleyes: |
