Fred is normally really unsettled and stressed in a new place, but Sarah had him eating out of her hand (literally!). She pointed out some signals I'd been missing, so that's really helped and she taught me to go real slow so that he has time to ask me nicely to stop it please without resorting to running off or biting. She wanted to do some groundwork but didn't want to push his hips. We've been invited back in January when they do another photoshoot. She liked him so much she is asking for him to be on the front of the book! :crossedfingers: He did behave very well, posing for photos like an old professional, although she did make him look very naughty by unstuffing a pillow and making it look as if he'd eaten the sofa! I've tried to carry on some of the work here, but we didn't get very far as Fred was telling us moving on from the backs of my fingers was too much for him, so although I learned loads about him, I didn't really learn very many touches. I am hoping to build back up, although obviously at home he is more relaxed anyway. At the B&B he was very good, only barking when someone else came up the stairs. He wasn't supposed to get on the bed, but I put out a blanket and very naughtily let him up on that. He was banned from getting under the duvet though.
