My Mother lives in Missouri and I know that Missouri and many other US states have actually banned the ownership of Pitt Bulls and American Pitt Bulls.... Dog fighting in the US within certain communities is unfortunately still commonplace ; these breeds being very popular choices for fighting. From watching Animal Cops (also on Sky), I understand that unless someone will take the Pitt Bull in in a state which permits the ownership of these breeds (for example California) the dogs are put down. I expect this is why Cesar has so many Pitt Bulls. |
