I am a huge fan of Caesar Milan and the dog psychology he uses to turn around difficult owners and their dogs! I know what you mean, though about some techniques being abused by the wrong owner. There is a guy who I have seen a few times, locally, pavement walking his chocolate Lab. I see him doing the touch with his foot thing and pushing his dog down to submit. It looks awful. The dog isn't mucking about on the lead but the guy seems to do it as a matter of course. I signed up for regular email bulletins from Caesar's website and I get very excited when I see that he's emailed me! :devil: ;) |
