She was still quite strict though (much needed!) and actually used the phrase, "Remember it's your fault, not the dog's". :) Just taught Bob to do 'down'....good boy! Wouldn't do it last night but followed her technique and it worked! He did it 6 times. :yippee: Going to try again this evening for another 5 min session! x
