Awww, no nothing to do with dominance. She's just all excited and doesn't know what to do with all her energy. Teach her how to calm down in other ways - play with her so she gets excited (but not overly) then break off for a few minutes with a calm 'sit' or similar. The reward for calming down is she gets to play again. |
