Both my dogs have two supplements to their food, one for joints and one for their probiotics. Complete food has to go by what the 'average' dog needs, so you could try moving to a senior food now, but if she's lost some weight it won't help her put it back on. It could even be that 'oh my I ate too much' stiffness we all get after a big meal if you are feeding her more. Try splitting the meals up a bit more to see if that makes a difference. As zandd says, she may be more active around the office because there is more going on, so it might just be that her muscles are now working more so have to catch up a bit and the stiffness may go away once her fitness has improved. PS Saw her in Your Dog again. :yippee: |
