Possibly they are, with all the problem's Fred has had, but it would have put me off terriers if I'd read that before fostering so many of them and I would have refused them! I didn't want to bash the people who run the rescue or anything, obviously they know what they are doing, and I know there are a lot in rescue was just saying it paints a very bleak picture. It was mainly the recall bit, and the bit about going over fences, as if they all do it. Possibly the ones they get in all do, which is why they are in rescue so they are right to say it to people looking on their site. Just made me feel a little bit sad.
