Chatterbox Posts: 706 Group: Full Members Member #571 Joined: November 28, 2007	I do have a terrier, but it was my hound who caught something - she grabbed one of my son's rabbits after it escaped from its hutch. Poor rabbit didn't have the instinct to run - must have thought it was save inside its run. :( It died later, although I did get Beauty to let it go straight away). I don't think Fred notices live animals, although they did both go after a young cat in the garden once - Beauty knocked it off the fence as it climbed and they both went bonkers. He could have been reacting to Beauty's excitment though! Luckily I got the dogs away and the cat found a hidey hole so I could get the neighbour to come collect her cat! A rat ran across our path near a stream recently, I think Fred pretended that as he was behind me he didn't see it!
