Posted Image This is my bootiful whuppet Wilma :wub: Now 5 months old, and destined to be dumped by travellers. Thankfully rescued by GAP, and joined us at 3 months old. Her mum was a brindle/white whippet, and her dad a terrier. She looks just like a mini grey, and is very sweet and gentle. :wub: .......... she makes me chuckle everytime i see her dressed up! Pebbles and Amber got xmas pressies off one of my fellow dog walkers in the park!......matching coats for them both, only thing is Ambers is still a bit like a blanket round her as she needs to grow just a weensy bit more.......Pebbles looks just dashing in hers! |

Isn't she just. She always looks so worried, though. Possibly a legacy of being abandoned. I felt terrible the other day. She's losing her sight and when we were out for a little walk on Sunday she got engrossed in an interesting smell. She looked up and couldn't see me as I was standing slighly behind her and she just panicked - she walks slowly with a limp usually but she tanked down that path like a greyhound! By the time I caught up with her and gave her some cuddles to calm her down I was nearly crying for scaring her so much. She must have thought she'd been dumped again. |
