That is so bad :x: How can anybody think that an electric shock is ok for any living creature. I bet you wanted to kidnap him

I completely agree they should be banned and the RSPCA or other animal cruelty prevention group should begin a campaign.

We wouldn't shock our kids to get them to do as they are told would we???

It is really interesting, reading all your opinions on these collars. My JRT, Missie, has become really good at coming back to me, but if we are at the stables she sometimes decides to chase the crows across the field. I cannot then get her to come back for love nor treats! I spoke to a Dog Whisperer at the All About Dogs Show and he suggested a new type of collar. It first beeps, then if that doesn't work it admits a shot of water. Has anyone use/got opinions they care to share on these?

I do not agree with "E-collars" personally I think if your dog needs an electric shock to respond to you the OWNER has the problem not the dog!
Dawn.
