Thank you! Archie thinks he's a bit of a looker too
;) The woods is my favourite walk, but he does have to stay on the lead! The new harness he's got is working great, he doesn't pull like he did on the collar and if he suddenly spots something he can't strangle himself! |

Fantastic piccies, walks in the woods are the bestest
 I have to drive for about 15 mins to get into the proper woods, we do have a small copse near to the house which is good fun, but sadly is far too small for a great walk, as it would mean wandering round an already trodden track about 15 times to come anywhere near a decent walk. Wendover woods near to me is simply stunning, as too are Ashridge and Dunstable Downs. We want more Archie piccies though, so get clicking  |

Thanks for the lovely comments! I've posted these ones elsewhere before, but will put them here cos I know I can find them again! When Archie has had his dinner he doesn't like me wiping his greasy chin, so wipes it round the door mat instead! He'll roll on it during the day, but waits for me to tell him 'on your mat' after his tea as its such an exciting prospect to rub his greasy chops all over it: Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image And it always ends with a good scratch of his you-know-whats! Posted Image Not entirely in focus but you get the gist of it! ETA: those nasty curtains were here when we moved in (3 years ago!) We've since redecorated but haven't decided on new material... |

Thats a Border thing, that rub all the crap over your owners carpet! Mine do it when they have had their dinner or eaten something disgusting, very caring are Borders, always clean their beards after they have eaten!

Love those pictures of him rubbing on the mat,Duncan does it too - now if only I could persuade Daisy who is a mud magnet to do the same with her feet  Know about the disgusting things too.......it does tend to cling to their beards.......never kiss a Border when it's out in the fields....... |

I'd love to teach Archie to wipe his feet when they're dirty too! He's often got bits of leaf and twig stuck to his chin when he comes in from the garden  |
