Nicknamed him Taffy Pad! (I like that version better than Taffy Paddy or Paddy Taff!). Taffy Pad he is then!

He stayed with a friend in Somerset with a yellow lab. They raised Cain! My friend could always tell when they'd been at it as the rugs would be all over the house when she got home! Chatterbox Posts: 626 Group: Full Members Member #218 Joined: March 26, 2006	Both Flynn and Cali have really landed on their feet and love our 5 acre "block" (as they term land that a house is built on). We are on a dead-end road, so no traffic. Our property backs on to a wildlife reserve, so it is very populated with lizards, birds and kangaroos. Flynn loves to race around tracking the kangaroos and has had an exciting glimpse or two of one ... but he comes back when called off, thank goodness. I don't think the reserve folk would be too happy with an IT rampaging amongst their marsupials! :lol: Flynn has also shown a measure of respect for reptiles that I wasn't expecting! No fool, that dog ... he's heard that Oz has the most poisonous snakes of any continent! We are in an area with 2 or 3 deadly species, so the vet's stock antivenom. I haven't seen a snake yet, just a monitor and loads of geckos and skinks.

An 8 yr old ACD X Kelpie abandoned by her owners when they moved house. Posted Image She is loving, loyal, incredibly smart and very very pushy. SHE is top dog thank you very much!!! She is keeping the household moving at all times. Preferably with ball.
