I was looking at the terrier treats section and wanted to give feed back.

I wanted to suggest that if you substitute ground rice for flour you can them make a lot of the treats for dogs who are allergic to wheat gluten. It works very well.

Chris that's an excellent suggestion - there is also a section here in Health and Diet so you can add comments there too, thanks.

Can you substitute ground rice for most flour in recipies?

I seem to have developed an intollerance/allergy to wheat and am trying to find out what I can or cannot have.

Well I have used the ground rice as a substitute in the dog treat recipes and also have used it to thicken a stew and it worked really well. Gave a lighter taste than flour.
So go for it.
