Dawn those are excellent photos.I'm very impressed with the posters and display material used - was it your work? Not too much information but letting people know what a Border is.Nice to see a shaggy as well
;) Breeze just looks so laid back with all that handling, really takes it in her stride doesn't she.tegan is just too sweet for words - who couldn't help falling in love with the breed when seeing such a sweet pup.Dudley looks very distinguished and quite the gentleman. Just out of curiosity - and you probably have no idea - but just how many people do you reckon you spoke to in a day? Were there many who knew nothing at all about BTs or did most have some idea of what they are like? |

Someone really worked hard on that display. Great to see Border Dawn's photography along with the work/rest/play triptych to show the versatility of the breed. Breeze is without doubt the closest thing Terrier Talk has to a supermodel, but the sweetest photo for me is the one of Duds and Tegan together, acting as brilliant ambassadors for the breed. Tegan looks as if she's been doing this meet and greet stuff all her life! |

Yes Zandd, I did the whole stand. I did have help from a friend too though, we put the stand up together on the Wednesday, but I got all the stuff together, had it printed etc.. I think it went really well. We had literally many many hundreds, not sure exactly, but we had 2000 breed profile leaflets printed, plus around 100 from last year, I have 122 left!! Usual questions, and yes many had no idea what a Border is really like, we gave them the low down and hopefully if an of them go ahead it will be the correct informed decision based on what we have told them. Thanks Piwoodhaouse for your lovely comments, all the dogs were super. Dawn. |

The work you put into the stand Dawn is brilliant,I'm sure that those who came looking for cute little dogs will go away with a much greater awareness of both how wonderful the breed is - and how much hard work is needed as well. |

I think the stand was BRILLIANT, very well laid out and informative and is was great to have the two stands. Dawn did a really good job getting it all ready and really looked after us, all we had to do was turn up and talk to people. :P Tegan is such a sweety and even though she was so young she was very well behaved all day. Breeze is even lovelier in real life. Jack and Filly were very sweet and poor old Jack went home with a beautifully stripped back and the rest of him was still hairy. |

I did take a fair few of the pics, but I asked folk with Borders who did other stuff for their pics too. One of the posters is a dog in germany, she is super. The working poster made up of furries that Borders may chase, is made up of pictures given to me by friends from the hunting site I go on, folk in the countryside get super photos. Dawn, |

What a huge amount of hard work that must have been Dawn - well done! Such a good way for potential owners to find out about the breed. |
