hi all, I was recently given some samples of Royal Canin dry food which both Harry and George appear to be loving , they wolf it down within seconds of it being down. Was just wondering what the general opinion on this food is. I'm wondering if its a good amount of protein for my 2? Their exercise level is 2 short walks of about 20 mins and one of at least an hour every day. Cost wise although it seems expensive it only works out about a fiver a month more than what they're getting now. Thanks in advance Kerry |

Davey was on Royal Canin Puppy Food from the get go and he thrived on it. At the appropriate age he went onto the adult food & I changed Boo over at the same time - both loved it (and Boo doesn't like complete food but more often than not, cleared her bowl). Having said that, due to Davey having anal gland problems we changed to a raw diet for both dogs when he was two years old and though I'd never change back, there is no real noticable change in condition with my two (bar the anal gland problem) between the two diets - but the food bill is definitely lighter!
