Masters tournament at Area51
February 9 at 1pm; registration opens at 11:30
Steamroller 2013 Master scenarios and rules: http://privateerpress.com/files/Masters_2013_Rules.pdf
Deathclock timers
Players required to use three 50pt character restricted lists with the Divide and Conquer list variant.
$10 entry fee (all going to first/second/third place prize support)

This is the masters format used in many national tournaments. Give deep thought to your lists and bring your 'A' game because you'll need it against the brutal players we have in North Texas.

Deployment will be done separate to deathclock and I will drop the green flag to start each round.

Rounds will be dependent upon participants

Bring your phones/devices to use as deathclock timers. I will have iPhone chargers available for use. Recommended app for iPhones (free): iGameClock.

I encourage non-veteran players to give this a shot, but only if you have a BIG pair. Every victory should be a point of pride.

I do not like planning ahead. I prefer the perfect move for the moment. The rest is up to my dice.

As a Cygnar player, I have no freaking clue how I am supposed to get 3 armies of models onto even my double decker tray.
Bring Jacks.
I am! Just one, and it has a 120mm base.

Zach I think you have my blast template, but as for carrying all your stuff on one tray, the clear answer is to play eHaley Stormbringers, pHaley double stormwall, and Kara double stormwall.

Anyone up to a 6:30 practice game using deathclock and a random master's scenario tonight? I'm bummed I can't participate since I'm running it, but I have some mean lists that people can test their armies against. Zaal, pMorghoul and Rasheth are my three lists.

Hey Apollo, just to clarify for this weekend: are we using the masters pdf or just the steam roller pdf?

We have tons of generic steamroller tourneys across our stores and the coins flood to people left and right. I want to know who is SUPREME. I'm using masters format to showcase the aces and find out who deserves real respect. While I don't have "a thousand attendees", like privateer states they need for a sponsored masters tourney, we know all the players between Austin and Dallas...time to prove who is the true North Texas Warmachine master and crown them.

Austin's Steve and Chris always wreck face. Richard and the Waco crew are out to prove dominance. Alex, Don, Evan and David tear DFW up. Do these dudes kill it again or is it time for a new upstart to rock the veterans??? Bring it! This is MASTERS and you'll have to play like you have a pair to compete.

Houston ... meh ... Just a bunch of Circle crap that we can all chuckle at. Sorry tree huggers. Will be surprised if any of you have the balls to show-up. ;-)

I think that is a different format...but I can't look it up right now. If so...well that could really change things. With 3 lists...we need sideboards? Is there a Wal-Mart close by? I may need to go borrow a shopping cart for my army!

edit: Note to self, hit refresh before replying...
