Tom Butcher who played PC Steve Loxton will be in Crime Stories on ITV1 2:00pm on Monday 12th November. |

is this the new doco' style crime show ITV have come up with? Still a bit of a mystery why its being shown in that timeslot, be interesting to see how if fairs over the coming weeks. |

No its ITV's cheapo version of The Bill. Its filmed in the same studios, used a lot of the same behind the scenes crew (according to one of our twitter followers who contacted me on it) and now it looks like they are going to be using the same actors aswell. I think the only difference will be the quality, being as ITV couldn't afford The Bill, this police drama will be cheap with less edgy drama (its an afternoon show it isn't going to have the same adult themes as TB). I was in too minds whether I was going to watch, but I think writing the above I've talked myself out of it! :lol: |

Today I am actually of the opinion that I ought to watch, I had a fair few discussions about the programme on twitter/facebook today and think for me to have an opinion on the programme I need to actually sit and watch it. So watch this space to see if I do switch on as you know me I'm not one to keep my opinions to myself Apparently Tom will be narrating the show so not entirely sure whether we will actually see him. |
