Basic Instruction on how to post pictures on our messageboard. *Open an account on any photo hosting site such as Photobucket or Imageshack. They have quite a number of options for your pictures to be uploaded. Using Photobucket Once you have created an account you will notice on the upper right your uploading box. See below  Click "more options", this will open a window for you to choose picture sizes. I suggest you click on Large (640X480) this is the normal size for forums.  After choosing the option you can now click on the "Upload images & videos" button. Once you have chosen your pictures from your PC it will upload automatically.  After uploading the site will refresh and display your uploaded photos including the various codes where you intend to use your pictures. For our forums use the IMG code.  Copy the IMG code and paste it on our forum reply page. You can now preview your message... Using Imageshack Imageshack provides the option to upload pictures with or without an existing account. Here is how to upload without an existing account. Click on "Browse" to choose the pictures from your PC to be uploaded.  Click on "Start upload" to start uploading your chosen pictures. You will notice the status bar taking progress. NOTE: Make sure you click the tickbox named "resize image?" and choose 640X480.  After uploading the site page will refresh and display codes for various usage. Copy the provided link under "Direct link to image" then go to our forum reply editing window.  On our forum reply window click on "Image".  Then paste the link provided by Imageshack.  You can now preview your message... |
