Our enduring nostalgia for the Lex Luthor presidency will finally be assuaged when Superman/Batman: Public Enemies comes out on DVD this fall. Animation God Bruce Timm tackles a crazy-caped Jeph Loeb storyline, and judging from this first trailer, it's going to be like Batman: Brave And The Bold on steroids.

I wasn't reading at that time either. I was never a big DC guy myself as you all know. I started up with Superman again around 2001-2004. I downloaded some but the stuff around the time of the movie wasn't that good and I don't even bother to download them. But I did really enjoy the first few years of Superman Batman. I stopped reading that title along time ago. But if you ever get a chance to read that saga I think you'd like it.

LU, Geoff Johns is writing Action Comics and now Secret Origin as he has done an amazing job, I think his work and reputation speaks for itself. He's the best writer in the biz. He single handedly made go from a pretty much all Marvel to a mostly DC reader. Pretty much the only Marvel I get now is Cap, Punisher, and all the Deadpool titles.
