My name is ben and I'm from Middletown. I'm totally used to the commuting thing... just not used to UC. I've been playing Kendo for like... 6 or 7 months now. It's pretty cool and I enjoy it. Jin's an awesome guy and he's really good at Kendo. Indroduce yourselves and meet other Kendo players. Get to know your friends. |

Let's see. My name is Jin and I guess I've been doing kendo for quite a while now. Uhhh that's about it. I'm originally from Minneapolis but I live in West Chester now. I'll be commuting to UC so no one can stalk me in the dorms. |

Hello everyone! I'm James Rogers and I also do the whole drive-an-hour-every-morning-for-the-privalge-of-going-into-debt-for-the-forseeable-future thing. I live in Milford and am an Egineering major (Mechanical). I have not done any official Kendo, but have done unofficial sword fighting things with bokken back when I was in middle school (not a school sanctioned event). Looking forward to learning the proper way of doing all of this stuff. |

Yo! Finally signed up for the forum so I don't become a lonely person when practices are cancelled :). Anyways, I'm Chris George and I'm originally from Bossier City, LA. After that, I moved to WI, VA, DC, MN, and AL before finally settling down in GA for high school. Then I suffered at Purdue for Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering before coming to Woodlawn, OH to work at Belcan. I have been doing kendo for about 4.5 years. Other than video games, it's the most consistent activity I have ever done so far so I think I'm in it for the long haul. I have also started Iaido since I actually have a chance to practice it here. We'll see how things go from there. I'm currently Iaitoless but I hope to change it soon. |

Yeah he is trying to get ride of one if not two, i am borrowing one and i think jerad has the other. So talk to Chris R and ask him which one he is trying to get ride of.... |

I'll get in contact with him and see what he says. He is a bit taller than I am, so it might be too big for me. Gerry told me about how long the blade should be, so I need to take that into account. |

Hi! Jin-san and Everybody, ha ji me ma shi te, do u zo yo ro shi ku o ne ga i shi ma su! (Just found that the system doesn't recognize Japanese characters.  )Nice meeting all of you! I am a rookie in Kendo, in fact the only experience I had with Kendo was through the movie and website. Japan's long traditional swordsmanship has really strucked me, and I've been looking for any chance to have a real touch. So, here I am! BTW: I am current doc student from CECH, I like doing gym and ball games in Rec Center, hope to see you guys there! |
