Do you think we could spend a few minutes doing Kata sometime? It doesn't have to be at the next practice, but I would like to know 5-7 to complete the set for the time being. We do this stuff in Covington, but would rather learn stuff from people instead of out of a book.

There will be a promotion exam on Nov 22. Heads up. I am attempting to show up soon for practice. We can do Kata when I do.

While searching the web for stuff, I found a video that explains a lot about the kata. It goes over how kata begins and ends, the stances and all 10 kata so this should be good for everyone to watch. The video is in Japanese though, but you should be able to follow it.
