Please take note: We should focus on the promotional test on November 22nd. The key for this year is to start on time!!! Change the menu (even little bit )at each practice. Please let me know if you like my plan for now. Senior Member Posts: 67 Group: Admin Member #12 Joined: February 15, 2008	Hey guys, it has been brought to my attention that the next tournament will FINALLY be in Chicago this year on November 14th and 15th. If anything, this should be a target date to try to shoot for to train for a tournament. However, I do recall hearing the ECUSKF testing is either going to be that weekend or the following weekend (confirmation on that Gin?) so there is a possibility there might be some scheduling conflicts or whatnot. Either way, this is probably something we could talk about at some later date to make sure who can or can't go and possibly save up for the tournament time. Other than that, there is the SEUSKF taking place next month in the Washington DC area which is about 8 hours from here and our own Johnson Cup tournament coming in December. In any case, if you are planning on testing or participating in tournaments in the near future, just make sure you have your AUSKF and ECUSKF membership stuff in order. If you have any questions about that, then you can talk to Gin or email Koizumi sensei (can't find his email for some reason) to get the forms you need or whatnot. Oh, on a final note, there is the 2nd annual Student tournament going on November 8th in Lexington, KY. Though I don't think there is anyone in bogu that's under the age of 19 so I don't think that matters THAT much. But if you like to have that warm fuzzy feeling of your heart melting in delight seeing adorable kids beat the crap out of each other, then I suggest you at least go to watch. Oh yeah, and there will be a godo geiko (joint practice) beforehand. That's pretty much a rundown of the events that are going on over the next several months. I can let ya know if there's anything else within that timeframe but I believe that's the gist of it.
