I have heard this is a mac only program, but looks very good to use. Are there any plans to make it compatible with the pc |

Apple has no intentions to release this on PC. It's one of the flagships of Apple and the reason why people buy Macs (I did too). Although i used different NLE's (from U-lead to premiere Pro) i won't go back to PC for my editing. WaveX |

No, apple will never release FCP for windows, but if you want a similar program for windows look into Adobe Premiere Pro. The interface is very similar to FCP, but I would recommend buying a mac and FCP if you are really serious about video editing |

Yet another greedy Apple sceme. You know how much more Microsoft has donated, and how much Apple keeps for profit? There are versions of word for Mac, but no FCP for Windows. This is greed. |

But a donation does not require anything in return that is why it is a donation. Just like on this site, we have an option for donations to help with site costs but it doesn't mean you get anything back, exept lots of free tutorials you would get anyway. Not to mention apple can do what they want because it is its own operating system and does not have to share with windows if it doesn't want too. Its like 2 seperate department stores that sell the same things barring a few products, they won't share these products with the other store because it causes a conflict of sales |
