I have written a sixty page script on microsoft word and I need to edit it with a pen (cross things out and circle things that need changing, etc). It is too long to print and I don't want to waste paper or ink. I have tried using the scribble tool on ms word but it isn't precise enough. It would be handy if I could use photoshop or some other software that lets me DRAW on my text. I have also tried converting my word document to pdf and loading it on photoshop, but it keeps leaving parts out and loading too many pages (layers) which slows the computer memory and so on. Does anyone know how I can load word documents on photoshop IN ONE LAYER - or - of any other software that will allow me to DRAW FREELY on my word document? P |

You can go to file, then print. Choose the export option of Microsoft Office Image Writer instead of your printer. Then when the next window pops up, you can choose to "save as" a '.tif' file. The MSWord image writer format (.mdi) is basically an regular image file, but I’m not sure if you can import that into Photoshop. You can '.tif' files though, so that should work. I use MSWord2003, but if you're not using Word then it would still be possible to export it in a way you could convert it if necessary.

Yes - but it keeps locking up when I export and the program freezes. |
