Christian grabbed a buggy and walked into the store. "I'm Christian Vega. I figure if we're living together, even for a night, we should know each others names." He smiled at her. She looked like her head was elsewhere obviously a lot was going though her head. |

"Well, it's nice to meet you Christian," Meena smiled, not feeling an ounce of guilt for lying to him. She needed to get Patrick back, and the best way to do that was to stay under the radar for the time being. "I'm going to be buying some hair dye. You see, my baby was born when I was blonde, and I don't want her not to recognize me." |

He couldn't fight the feeling that there was more going on than she was telling him. But, he wouldn't pry. If she wanted him to know she would've voulnteered it. It attempted to look like he belived her. "Oh, I think the hair-dye is over this way. Is your family here someone I might know?" |

"My husband is a doctor. Do you spend much time around the hospital?" |

"I actually haven't been there in a long while, so I probably don't. So exactly what type of blond are you looking for?" |

"Pretty opposite of how dark my hair is now," Meena told him. She had to make sure it was hard to recognize her, "I don't want my baby girl to be scared." |

"I think children are more receptive to that type of thing than you think. My niece Jamie, recognized me as Uncle Chris not matter how many weird hair changes I went though." |

"Really?" Meena asked, worried her excuse for changing her hair color wasn't going to pull through, "Although, I did prefer myself as a blonde. My husband did too." |

"Thanks," Meena smiled, following Christian to the hair dye aisle, where she picked out a box of blonde dye that she would use that night. |

He eyed her supisously, he wasn't excatly sure that he trusted her to stay overnight in his apartment. He didn't know what was going on with her, but it was something not so good. He would realx and hope for the best. "Nice color, is there anything else you need?" |

"Um... some respectable clothing," Meena said, looking at her outfit. It was hot, but not something that would earn her the trust of the people she needed to believe her new identity. |

"I doubt you'll find anything, but respectable clothing in this place." |

"Good," Meena smiled, heading over to the women's department for some clothes that would be appropriate for a nanny. |

Christian looked around with her. She was going for the librarian look. "I've seen nun's wear less clothing." |

"I'm only kidding. I'm sure you'll look nice no matter what you where." He winked at her, he stopped thinking about his suspicions for a little while. It was nice to be friendly with someone again. He hadn't had a female friend since Lulu, he wondered how she was doing now. |

"As shocking as this may seem, I'm single. I'm a little too unstable for a relationship. Well, I was. I'm going to be here for a while. " |

"Well, my husband is a brilliant doctor and our daughter is a newborn," Meena told him, trying not to give him too many details. |

Christian smiled, she wasn't one for details. But, he wasn't ready to push for information. After all, she was only staying for a night. Chances are they would never see each other again. The two of them strolled toward the cash register. "Let me pay for all of this, it's the least I could do." |

Meena smiled seductively at him. She liked a man who would pay for her things, especially since she was pretty broke. |

Christian returned her smile and handed the bill to the cash tender. "Is there any other place you need to go?" |
