"Come on, you can," Spinelli told her. "Do it for Steven. Do it for the innocent ones." |

Emma looked at Jane, who made it through this. "Okay, but I need to hear Steven. Can you put him on speakerphone?" |

"I'm heading toward the elevator now, but there's a pileup on the interstate and the firestrucks and ambulances can't get through," Steven told her. "Spinelli's the best thing we have right now. Trust him, Emma, he's the only one who can do this." |

"Emma, calm down," Steven told her. "You've got our little boys waiting to come into the world. You have to stay focused." |

I was so tired and I felt like sleeping. My newborn daughter was in my arms and I was happy. I tried to keep my eyes open I couldn't, I was just so tired. I shook my head to stay away."You can do it Emma. It is the best thing in the world holding your baby for the first time." |

"Is the head crowning?" Steven asked. "Yeah, but... there's something wrong," Spinelli asked. "It looks like the umbilical cord's wrapped around the neck." "Oh, God," Steven said. "You have to deliver the baby now and get the cord from around his neck." |

"Yes, but too much, Spinelli needs to get the cord from around the baby's neck before it comes all the way out," Steven told her. "Alright," Spinelli said as he tried to get the cord removed. |

Emma pushed moderately, trying to be good so her baby would be born safely. |

"Okay, I think I got it!" Spinelli said as a baby's cry was heard. "It's a boy!" |

"Oh God," Emma said, hoping she was done even though she knew she had one more to go. |

Spinelli took off his outer shirt, leaving himself in a white tank top, wrapping the baby boy in it before handing him over to Emma. "I take it this is little Andy?" |

Emma nodded, looking at her son. He looked just like his father. "Yeah... he is." |

"We have to get out of here soon. I am not feeling that strong I actually feel very weak"I say and lean back and against the wall. I quicky breast feed my daughter as I take deep breaths. I don't know if it is the confined space or more that has me like this. I close my eyes and try and relax. |

"Steven, something's wrong with Jane," SPinelli said. "We're trying to get the elevator's going again," Steven told him. "How's the other baby coming?" "He hasn't started out yet," Spinelli told him. "But your first born is safe in the maternal one's arms." |

Emma cuddled Andy close to her. "Spinelli, you have to find somewhere safe for us to put him while the other baby is born." |

"We're kind of limited on space here, maternal one," Spinelli told her. "I can't exactly pull a manger out of my pocket." |

Listening to there voices and holding my daughter was keeping me in the hear and now. It felt like the blood loss was getting to me. I tried to open my mouth to offer to hold the baby but I couldn't. I just hoped the next one would come out safe for her. |

Emma held Andy in her arms, then put him softly onto the ground next to her. |
