Spinelli smiled as he watched her. "I never actually thought I'd have kids to take care of."

"Sounds like post pardum depression," Aaron told her. "I'm sure you'll be a great mother. And you probably have beautiful children."

"You could one day," Lulu told him, "And you'll be a great dad."

"That's what Steven said," Emma told him, "About the depression thing. But I don't want to be crazy. I just want to be normal."

"You really think so?" Spinelli asked. "Being a dad would be so awesome. A little Jackal running around would be so neat."

"Post Pardum doesn't mean you're crazy," Aaron assured her. "A lot of new moms go through it. You just need to talk to someone about it. You seem like a great woman, Emma, and you're brother sounded like he was a great man. I'm proud to have his heart."

"Neat.. and freaky if you ask me," Lulu joked with him.

"Then would you talk to me about it? Because he would be the one talking to me about it if he were still here," Emma said.

"Yeah, it would," Spinelli told her. "Of course, the Jackal is still... inexperienced in the way of baby making, so the fatherhood thing may never come to pass."

"Sure," Aaron told her. "I owe Andy everything. I'd be glad to talk to you about anything you want."

Lulu laughed.

"Spinelli, are you a virgin?"

"Sometimes," Emma started, nervous about opening up, "Sometimes I wish I wasn't a mother. Is that bad?"

Spinelli blushed as he looked away, ashamed to admit it. "I've... I've never even been kissed."

"No," Aaron told her. "But it'll get better, I promise. You and your brother are two very special people, I can tell."

Aaron unbuttoned his shirt and opened it before he took Emma's hand, placing it over Andy's heart.

"Feel that?" Aaron asked. "Your brother's still here, anytime you need him. He's given me something very special. In a way, I guess that kind of connects us. I want you to be able to come to me anytime you need a friend or someone to talk to, Emma."

"Someday that will change," Lulu told him, "There's nothing to be ashamed of."

Emma started crying. She put her head over his heart and heard it, trying to feel Andy in the room with her.

Spinelli tried to smile. "Thanks for the words of assurance, blonde one. The Jackal's virginity shall remain intact until he finds his one true love."

Aaron put an arm around Emma as she listened to Andy's heart beating inside his chest.

"It's going to be alright," Aaron assured her in a soothing voice.

"It's better that way," Lulu told him, "Trust me. You don't want to regret your first time."

"Thanks," Emma whispered, wiping off her eyes to calm down. "You're already reminding me of Andy."

"Maybe we should change the subject," Spinelli replied as he looked down at Andy. "The tiny one could be listening."

"Tell me about him," Aaron told her. "What he was like, what kind of a man he was."

Lulu giggled.

"Okay, then, well... your intern exam is coming up. Are you nervous?"

"He had a lot to overcome in his life," Emma explained, "But he always beat it, and usually with a great attitude. He loved everyone, especially family. He's the one that taught me how to let people in. He's the reason I have Steven."

"Not really," Spinelli told her. "The Jackal has always done well when it comes to testing."

"I wish I could have known him," Aaron told her. "He sounds like the kind of guy I could have called a friend."

"That's good, because your scores are going to have to be phenomenal to beat out the chief's ex-wife," Lulu commented as she burped the baby.

"Well, I guess now you have him watching over you, if you believe in that kind of thing," Emma told him.

"The Jackal is not worried," Spinelli replied as he watched her with Andy. "I know that if I work hard enough I'll get the internship."

"I guess I could believe that," Aaron told her. "The man did save my life, after all."

"That's a great attitude," Lulu told him, "Who knows? Maybe a year from now, I'll be assisting on all of your surgeries."

"Do you want to stay for dinner?" Emma asked, "Steven won't be home until late, and I like the company."

"There's no one the Jackal would rather have assisting him," Spinelli smiled.

"Are you sure?" Aaron asked. "I mean, sure I'll stay, if it's not too much trouble."

"Great, because I"m a damn good nurse," Lulu smiled.

"Definitely," Emma told him, "Steven's bringing Colton home for the first time, and he'll need help taking care of the babies. I feel stronger knowing a part of Andy is here with me."

"And it looks like you're going to be a great mom, too, someday," Spinelli replied as he saw Andy smile. "Oh, isn't that cute? The little dude's smiling."

"Alright," Aaron told her. "Can I give you a hand in the kitchen?"

"It's adorable," Lulu smiled, cradling Andy in her arms, "He looks like Dr. Webber... so serious, but when he jokes around, it's really electric."

"No, you make yourself comfortable," Emma told him, "Watch TV, do whatever you want. Steven should be here soon."

"Yeah, the good doctor Webber is really great," Spinelli replied. "Too bad he didn't get the Chief of Staff position."

"Are you sure?" Aaron said as he sat back down.

"That must have been a horrible decision. Both Dr. Webber and Dr. Drake are highly qualified," Lulu agreed.

"Yes, of course," Emma told him, finally feeling herself smile. She went to her bedroom to wash up and get dressed, finally feeling like there was a reason. Part of her brother had come back to her.

"Yeah, well, in the end, Dr. Drake did have more experience," Spinelli told her. "Even though Dr. Webber needed the funds more."

Aaron went into the bathroom and took off his shirt, feeling the scar on his chest. He was making a difference in someone's life.

"Thanks, Andy," Aaron whispered as he washed up.

"Is Dr. Webber in trouble?" Lulu asked with concern.

Emma went into the kitchen and looked through the cupboards. She didn't see much for food, so she decided to order in. She picked up the phone to call Steven and see if he could pick up the food.

"Well, the good doctor's about to face a serious financial crisis," Spinelli told her. "Between his beloved girlfriend's brother unfortunately passing, and the birth of the innocent little twins, his finances have been seriously strained."

Steven had just clocked out and went to pick up Colton.

"Hey, little guy, time to go home," Steven said gently as he picked Colton up as his phone rang. "Hello?"
