:kitti: :kitti: Hi everyone: I thought y'all.........might just enjoy this website. :): We live in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada and no more than a five minute drive, from our home to this famous zoo......... When our kids were young........we use to take them to the Bowmanville Zoo. One of the most endearing parts, of visiting there is that many of the animals are not caged. You are permitted to walk amonst the less dangerous animals. I can still see my son at perhaps three, running with the Peacocks.........whilst his sister was in her pram. :playing: OMG, I don't know how many times we have been there but now we take our granddaughter. Many of the schools do day trips to this zoo.............it's always busy. There are rides for the kids there too. I should mention, that Bowmanville is about a 45 minute drive east of Toronto. http://www.bowmanvillezoo.com/home.html Do enjoy.............MC & Gracie  |

Thanks for the link. I've been to the Toronto Zoo twice. It was one of my favorites. It was the only time I ever saw a white tiger. |
