My friendly computer guy recommends CCleaner. I had a problem with it because I do typing that I receive over the Internet. For some strange reason the file that opens their templates HAS TO BE in the Temp folder and C Cleaner got rid of it!!

I now run Tune Up Utilities instead.

I know its stupid to require a permanent file to be in the Temp folder, but it wasn't my doing!

I would think that you would be asked if you want to delete a file, rather than indiscriminately remove it.
