Why do I see this goofy pile of symbols instead of an apostrophe on some websites? THe word should be Don't and yet I see Don’t or Careerbuilder's comes out as Careerbuilder’s It's not a once in a lifetime thing, I see it often! Any guesses? |

Here I am with my 2cents worth. What does it mean in IE when you click on view, then encoding? Mine seems to be set at Western European (ISO).....whatever this means. I noticed I could change it to many different languages?....like Turkish or Japanese. |
