I have been brushing him twice a week. But he keeps on biting me.He has some mats from wearing a harness. He just started wearing a collar as well for his license. Maybe get rid of the harness???He has one mat by his ear.the groomer said just it cut it out but we are afraid if he moves we could hurt his ear..It has been there awhile. He has been groomed once, he is now 6 months old.Due to go again soon. The groomer last time asked if we wanted him shaved..it was too cold here then.Is that a good idea?My friend said that I should use a human conditioner on him for the mats.I have used his puppy shampoo but thought that dog conditioners would be better.Would that get rid of the mats??Maybe I should be brushing him daily .But with him biting me I don't know. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this easier. & answer some of my questions..any help would be appreciated..thanks..polish-mama |

Sorry Polish Mama I do not have a dog. Maybe if you goggle dog grooming you can get some info there. I would be careful of using hair conditioning as the dog will lick it up later. Good luck. |
