Kahu, something strange is happening here today, every time I do a post, then move on to another one, a sign comes on from this forum. This is what it says....(can you please advise me what it is and why)...thanks.. Posted Image |

I'm seeing the same thing. My first thought was "208-106-228-199" has hacked the site and is looking for usernames and passwords. Now, THERE is a scary thought. I just ignore it - hit cancel and keep on reading. |

I've been getting a similar message, when I look at the bottom corner of my screen it seems to be downloading fom photo bucket with an unknown users names. My box is a little different to yours Karen, but still asking for an authentication password. Edited by Vanilla, Jul 28 2009, 10:27 AM.

Yes it is still doing it Karen, it happens whenever I click on (most recent posts) mine is a smaller box with two keys at the top and a small caricature face at the sign in, no I will not be giving it the satisfaction of my passwords biggrin 04 think mine has some connection with photo-bucket but not sure why or whats happening, thought it was something I had done 102 When I say photobucket, I seem to be getting these names at the bottom of my page saying downloading from photobucket, does this mean anything to anybody ( pocahontaspearl ) or ( peaches2) seems like it wants to download these peoples pictures, also bottom of my page its saying, done with Errors. Still doing it for me too. I haven't put my tail between my legs and headed for the hills YET but it IS a bit scary. So many damned weirdos and hackers around these days. |

Vanilla, I am pocahontaspearl. I don't know who peaches2 is. Where do you see those names? Maybe my photobucket is hacked and it is affecting here or something. I don't know... Pocahontaspearl is the name of my photobucket account. Peaches2, which one are you? This is so weird. I will look up that IP addy and see what city or country it is from... |

I think it is an anonymous proxy. Seems I am attracting my stalkers again. I will leave this forum before I will allow someone to hurt you, just to get at me. I am so sorry this is happening. Karen I am seeing this at the bottom of my screen, says ex amount of items downloading picture photobucket/albums followed either by peaches2 or pocahontaspearl followed by the picture it is downloading ie: cat/monkey/the lady/ dont know what this means or what is happening. |

I feel you should contact photobucket support and discuss your issue with them before saying there has been any hacking of your account or stalking and in the process hurting innocent people. It may well be there is a glitch in the software [it has and does happen] and photobucket can look into it for you. support@photobucket.com - email them your issue and let them look into it for you. Check photobucket site and they will have a contact email for you to use. A friend once lost her account at photobucket and thought she was hacked - she was accessing someone else's account instead of her own much to her surprise - her own account simply disappeared but she was using her personal log in and password with no luck ... She took the issue up with photobucket support and it was a glitch in the board which was corrected. May I recommend you take this step first by contacting photobucket. Thanks. |
