Recently, at a theatre, they asked that people put their phones in "Airplane mode" to avoid possibly interfering with their electroniclly controlled special effects. I have looked this up, butI do not think my 3 yr old cell has this function. Is it enough to simply turn it off? I gather that the main benefit of this feature is so you can continue to use your phone for non transmitting activities. ., .. so itshould not be a problem. Slways turn my phone off in the theatre, anyway. ainai |
