I have been dealing with Amazon for several years now and have found their service to be fantastic. There has never been a problem with receiving my orders and any problems I have had with my kindle have been resolved politely and promptly. I love their site..it is so easy to get around on. Anytime I have had to communicate with them it has been made so easy and so fast I am happily amazed. love those guys. |

I'm with you on that one Angora. I only order books from them, but am always surprised when they arrive much sooner than the date they gave me when I placed the order, and as long as I purchase more than $25, there is no shipping chage - that is if I opt for regular delivery. Take care, Pat |

I love them too, Angora and not only for the books. They have so many products at competitive prices. Items arrive quickly and are well wrapped. My last purchase was a Paderno fry pan with ceramic coating.

Amazon is ok, they do sell dvd's that have been taken from the stores that are hard to get. I find their descriptions of the books very bad compared to Chapters or Abe. I always have to email the seller on amazon to ask a question or two because they don't tell you everything. |
