Whole grain wheat pilot bread made from pumpkin seed paste and raspberries with seeds removed. No salt, fat or sugar added.Pieces baked at 375F on both sides for 30 minutes to insure complete cooking. The pilot bread pieces are very hard and will store for long periods at room temperature, but will eventually mold depending upon the moisture content. For longer storage keep in the refrigerator or freezer also they can be vacuum packed. To soften for ingesting, steam or microwave as required.
