We've been waiting for almost a year to get a credit from Bell and it seems they're doing everything they can not to pay us.

We were going to switch from Rogers to Bell and the Bell technician ordered us a hub. Before he left we discovered that we could not get Bell due to reception problems unless we cut down a few neighbours' trees.

When the hub was delivered we gave it back to the driver before he drove off. We've been trying ever since to get our money back and have phoned Bell at least twice a week to no avail. Two months ago they said they were mailing it out. Still haven't received our money. Grrrrrr ... that's robbery! I've also posted this in Facebook just to get the message out.

Anyone have any idea how we can get our money back? If I can remember correctly it's over $150.00 question.gif

Hi Snowbird, heres an email address for the executive offices. Executive.Office_Relations.Clients@bell.ca

Let them know you're story in a courteous way, I've found that ranting and threats seldom work at the higher levels since they aren't scared of losing their jobs like the front lines. Good luck, and let us know you make out.

Send them an invoice for $150.00 payable to you.

Put the details on it and a letter.

Bell owed me money for a bill they said I had not paid, long long story, but I had to pay them again. Then because they said I had not paid my bill they made me give them a $200 deposit and a reconnection fee.

I went to the bank, got my cancelled cheque and showed it to them. First they sent me the double paid bill, but not the deposit of reconnection fee. That was four months later. I had to get a lawyer to send a letter and it took another two months to get that. The lawyer was so incensed about their attitude that he sent a bill for interest due to me and his fee. After threatening to sue them they finally paid him.

Just don't let go, they need persistent badgering to pay what they owe.

Talking nice did absolutely no good, they had a monopoly at the time. They do the same now it seems.

Bell put a new tower near us. Once again I asked them as I have been doing for 12years when can I get off dial up. They replied as they have for 12 years call us in January. I am going to rogers as soon as I get a new computer.
