Sears promises satisfaction...and they deliver :snowflake:

In November I ordered new eye glasses through Sears. I just had to have this new pair even though they did not have the eye rest piece. It has been a long time since I had this kind and sure enough they were always sliding down my face. So today I went back and picked out another pair....no cost to me cheering213

I am a happy Sears Shopper.

Glad to hear this, agate.

But wonder about the wisdom of sears being so generous when it is bleeding to death.

I will really miss Sears if it goes under. They are the best in town for appliances, etc. and I can order clothes that I can't find in local stores.

Didn't they just hire a new CE0 who is supposed to turn things around? Hopefully they will survive .

Sears had the lowest cost eye glasses (tie with Costco) when I last checked.
