Pulling the tobaggon?

Brings to mind a true story from my town.

There used to be a homeless man who had a dog pulling a sled with a box which he used to carry his stuff in.

There was a complaint about 'cruelty to animals"

The next time I saw him the dog was in the box and the man was pulling the sled.

That's progress for you.
